Starting annual salary of £32,000 to £40,000, depending on your degree level and aptitude when starting. This can quickly increase as your experience increases.

Potential candidates should have:
A degree (BEng or MEng) in a relevant subject (e.g. Civil Engineering).
2+ years post graduate experience.
A keen interest in buildings and structural design.
A knowledge of AutoCAD and structural design software (further training will be provided).
A desire to progress, develop and achieve.

At least 2 years experience as a structural technician, or similar role.
A keen interest in buildings and structural design.
A good knowledge of AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit would be beneficial but not essential.

We offer a starting annual salary of £27,500 pro-rata.
The position would be part time with 20-24 hours per week, spread over 3-4 days with hybrid working as necessary.

The role would include:
General office administration
Assistance with social media and online marketing
Invoicing and finance assistance
PA services to the Managing Director
Potential candidates should have:
Experience in office administration, with good customer and communication skills.
Computer literacy, using all traditional Microsoft Office programmes.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Experience with Xero, Coretime and CRMs would be beneficial, but not essential.
